These Terms of Service govern access to and use of nytarp.com and purchases from New York Tarp & Company (“NY Tarp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Products and product information

We sell fabrics, tarps, covers, and related materials. Product descriptions, dimensions, colors, weights, coatings, availability, and pricing are provided for customer decision-making and may change. Material color can vary by screen, lighting, lot, and photography. If a specification is important to your project, contact us before ordering.

Custom covers and measurements

Custom covers are made to the customer’s requested dimensions and specifications. The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and confirming the material, color, and options before production. Custom covers cannot be returned. There are no minimum orders. If you are unsure what you need, contact us before ordering.

Orders and payment

An order request is subject to product availability, payment authorization, and our acceptance. We may correct obvious errors, request clarification, or cancel and refund an order when necessary. Payment is processed through the checkout and payment services offered at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, product, quantity, and carrier. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligible ordinary products are covered by the standard 30-day return window described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom covers are not returnable.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Site content, text, images, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to NY Tarp or its providers. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, misuse forms, scrape restricted areas, or infringe another person’s rights.

Third-party services and links

The store may use Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics, marketing tools, and other third-party services. Third-party services and websites may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
