Orders and custom work

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may contact you if we need clarification or if an order cannot be fulfilled as requested. There are no minimum orders. Covers are custom made. Custom-made covers, sewn goods, cut-to-order materials, altered goods, and items prepared to a customer's specifications are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you are unsure about the material, color, dimensions, quantity, or intended use, please contact us before ordering. We would rather answer your question before the material is cut or the work is made.

Shipping

Shipping cost and timing depend on the material, cut, size, weight, and destination. Expedited, freight, oversized, custom-size, and bulk orders may require separate arrangements. Contact us before ordering if you need assistance with shipping.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider. You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and to keep it current when needed to complete your order or communicate with you.
